BONSAI have always fascinated me. I admire the skill of those who know how to cure them and make them so beautiful and long-lived.

Looking at these small miniature forests in Japanese gardens I thought of creating bonsai to wear: these rings were born, conceived as small sculptures, to be exhibited, as if they were real bonsai.

In addition, the vase of the Bonsai ring, made of porcelain and painted with high temperature engobes, can be worn as a pendant.

 

The BONSAI RINGS will be presented at HOMI January 2019 and HOMI September 2019.
