Each jewel O is accompanied by elegant recycled paper packaging, certificate of authenticity (Italian-English), jewelery maintenance booklet (Italian-English) and cotton bag for transporting and protecting the jewellery.

Small imperfections are not to be considered defects, but guarantees of craftsmanship.
It is important to underline that everything possible will be done to create the model similar to the one shown in the photo, but differences will be inevitable as these are always unique jewels and not made with the aid of moulds.

- Shipping within 5/7 days following the order if the jewel is available (delivery times: 24/48 hours North-Central Italy - 3-4 days South Italy and Islands). If it is not available it will be made approximately in approximately 20 days.
