Each O jewel is accompanied by elegant recycled paper packaging, certificate of authenticity (Italian-English), jewel maintenance booklet (Italian-English) and cotton bag for transporting and protecting the jewel.

Small imperfections are not to be considered defects, but guarantees of craftsmanship.
It is important to underline, especially in this particularly complicated collection, that everything possible will be done to create the model similar to the one shown in the photo, but differences will be inevitable as these are always unique jewels and not made with the aid of moulds.

- If there are no ongoing promotions, the shipping costs for Italy are as follows: € 9.00 for all regions (with the exception of Sicily and Sardinia €22.00) - Italian islands, Venice and related lagoon area € 22.00.

- Shipping carried out within 5/7 days following the order if the jewel is available (delivery times: 24/48 hours North-Central Italy - 3-4 days South Italy and Islands). If it is not available it will be made approximately in approximately 20 days.
- EG rings are usually adjustable (check descriptions).
- For convenience when ordering you will find the sizes XS / S / M / L / XL listed in the choices - you can see the corresponding sizes by viewing the Ring Size Table | EG.
- However, if the chosen ring model is adjustable, it will be possible to widen or tighten it further.
